DetailsNCFB is a movement for the purpose of encouraging Christians and Churches in Bangladesh to pray, study, plan and work together for the evangelization of Bangladesh.
In 1980, seven Evangelical Churches challenged by the Lausanne Covenant desired to cooperate together in mission established the National Christian Fellowship of Bangladesh (NCFB).
In 1983 National Christian Fellowship of Bangladesh (NCFB) forged links with evangelical Christians throughout the world by joining the Evangelical Fellowship of Asia and the World Evangelical Alliance.
Our vision for the final decade of the 21st century and beyond is for a growing Church. We dream of a praying Church. We are striving for a maturing Church. We are promoting a sharing Church. Seeking to work together in the proclamation of the gospel and the extension of Gods Kingdom. Finally we are building a serving Church. Stimulating ideas and coordinating programs of social transformation for the benefit of the poor and the development of our nation.

The Christian Conference of Asia began as the East Asia Christian Conference, which was constituted by a decision of churches, national councils of churches and national Christian councils whose representatives met at Prapat, Indonesia, in March 1957. It was inaugurated at an assembly at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in May 1959. In the light of changing circumstances the 1973 Assembly, meeting in Singapore, agreed to change the name to Christian Conference of Asia (CCA). In doing so, it retained the purpose of the East Asia Christian Conference and provided for continuing work along the same or similar lines.

The Communication Foundation for Asia is a pioneer in development communication. It was established in 1973 as a non-stock, non-profit organization, but its origins go way back to 1960, when the Social Communications Center was born with the publication of the Philippine Catholic Digest. Both organizations were founded by the Dutch missionary, Fr Cornelio Lagerwey, MSC, in collaboration with his mission partner Genaro V. Ong and other lay Filipino communicators. Together they pursued a mission of media production and training for the spiritual upliftment and empowerment of people.
